At Home Sweet Smith LLC, your satisfaction is our top priority. We work hard to ensure that every product is crafted and delivered with care. However, if something isn’t quite right, here’s how we handle any issues with your order:
Defective Products
If your item arrives damaged or with a defect, we want to make it right! You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing hello@homesweetsmith.com. Please include:
Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos showing the defect
We’ll review the issue and offer you a free replacement or a refund. Our goal is to ensure you get the quality you expect, so don’t hesitate to reach out if there’s a problem.
Lost Items
If your package doesn’t arrive, first check the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email. If it’s confirmed lost by the courier, we’ll assist in resolving the situation. If the package was lost due to an incorrect shipping address provided during checkout, unfortunately, we won’t be able to offer a refund or replacement. However, if the loss is due to courier error, we’ll ensure you receive a new item or a refund.
Wrong Size, Color, or Product
Please note that all of our products are custom-made just for you once your order is placed. This means that returns or exchanges for wrong sizes, colors, or changes of mind are not possible (unless you received the incorrect size or color on your order). Be sure to double-check all product details, including size charts, before placing your order. Apparel size charts are included via our listings and are provided by the product manufacturer. If you need assistance, we’re happy to help prior to checkout to ensure everything is perfect.
