At Home Sweet Smith LLC, every order is lovingly created just for you! Our products are made-to-order with care, and we take pride in delivering your custom goods as quickly and safely as possible. Below, you'll find all the details about our shipping process, times, and fees.

All items shipped from our studio are shipped from Wilmington, North Carolina. Any item shipped from our production partner may vary.

Processing Time

Once you place your order, it’s immediately scheduled for creation. Please allow 3-5 business days for your item to be crafted with care before it ships via our studio or production partner. Custom designs may take a little longer, as we want every detail to be perfect for you!

How You'll Know It's On the Way

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email notification with tracking details. This way, you can keep an eye on your shipment as it makes its way to you!

Shipping Times

Shipping times vary depending on your location and where are items are shipping from, but we strive to get your package to you as quickly as possible.

  • Our Studio: 2-5 days after processing for delivery.

  • Our production partner : 3-7 days after processing for delivery.

Please note that these timeframes are estimates, and while we partner with reliable shipping carriers, occasional delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., holidays or weather). If you have specific requests, please feel free to e-mail and we will see what we can do!

Shipping Costs

All of our items ship FREE! Please keep in mind that orders featuring items hand made in our studio will ship separately, but will still ship free.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed or lost, please check the tracking information provided. If you still have concerns, reach out to us at hello@homesweetsmith.com, and we’ll work with the carrier to help resolve the issue. While we are not responsible for carrier delays, we will do everything we can to assist in locating your order.

Delivery Issues

If your package is marked as “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please:

  1. Check with neighbors or other members of your household.

  2. Look in secure locations like porches, garages, or mailrooms.

  3. Contact your local post office for more information.

If you still cannot locate the package, contact us, and we’ll help sort things out.
